Posting from the solo team perspective. We have been working through welcome series and I wanted to compare notes with others in the community.
Context: currently on Brew for sending, evaluating Customer.io for onboarding. Not looking for sales pitches, just what broke and what held up for you.

The MCP angle is real if you already live in Cursor or Claude. Agents can draft and schedule without tab hopping.

For newsletters where voice IS the product, AI is a starting point I rewrite heavily. For promo email it saves hours.

Read the Gmail bulk sender guidelines before you scale. Content quality does not fix auth gaps.
