Posting from the solo team perspective. We have been working through welcome series and I wanted to compare notes with others in the community.
Context: currently on ActiveCampaign for sending, evaluating ConvertKit for onboarding. Not looking for sales pitches, just what broke and what held up for you.

Mailchimp is fine if you are not pushing automation depth. We outgrew it around 50k contacts.
