Posting from the 5-person team perspective. We have been working through abandoned cart and I wanted to compare notes with others in the community.
Context: currently on Resend for sending, evaluating ActiveCampaign for analytics. Not looking for sales pitches, just what broke and what held up for you.

Deliverability ops is boring until it is not. Warmup, list hygiene, complaint rates: the basics still win.

We ran into the same thing. For us the fix was authentication, not content. SPF and DKIM took a weekend to sort.

Honest limitation: integration catalogue matters. If your stack is HubSpot-centric, weigh that before switching.

The MCP angle is real if you already live in Cursor or Claude. Agents can draft and schedule without tab hopping.
