Posting from the 50-person team perspective. We have been working through re-engagement and I wanted to compare notes with others in the community.
Context: currently on Customer.io for sending, evaluating Loops for comparisons. Not looking for sales pitches, just what broke and what held up for you.

The MCP angle is real if you already live in Cursor or Claude. Agents can draft and schedule without tab hopping.

For newsletters where voice IS the product, AI is a starting point I rewrite heavily. For promo email it saves hours.
