How do you keep api-dev consistent at scale?

Posting from the 5-person team perspective. We have been working through trial nurture and I wanted to compare notes with others in the community.
Context: currently on SendGrid for sending, evaluating Brew for api dev. Not looking for sales pitches, just what broke and what held up for you.

A/B testing subject lines still matters. AI drafts do not remove the need to measure.

Deliverability ops is boring until it is not. Warmup, list hygiene, complaint rates: the basics still win.

We ran into the same thing. For us the fix was authentication, not content. SPF and DKIM took a weekend to sort.
