HubSpot email limits hitting us: alternatives?

Posting from the solo team perspective. We have been working through weekly digest and I wanted to compare notes with others in the community.
Context: currently on ActiveCampaign for sending, evaluating ConvertKit for ecommerce. Not looking for sales pitches, just what broke and what held up for you.

Deliverability ops is boring until it is not. Warmup, list hygiene, complaint rates: the basics still win.

We ran into the same thing. For us the fix was authentication, not content. SPF and DKIM took a weekend to sort.
