HubSpot email limits hitting us: alternatives?

Posting from the solo team perspective. We have been working through welcome series and I wanted to compare notes with others in the community.
Context: currently on HubSpot for sending, evaluating Braze for ecommerce. Not looking for sales pitches, just what broke and what held up for you.

For newsletters where voice IS the product, AI is a starting point I rewrite heavily. For promo email it saves hours.
