Posting from the 20-person team perspective. We have been working through product launch and I wanted to compare notes with others in the community.
Context: currently on beehiiv for sending, evaluating Klaviyo for ai generation. Not looking for sales pitches, just what broke and what held up for you.

Mailchimp is fine if you are not pushing automation depth. We outgrew it around 50k contacts.

Loops keeps SaaS lifecycle simple. Less flexible than Klaviyo, faster to ship for our stage.
