Posting from the 5-person team perspective. We have been working through trial nurture and I wanted to compare notes with others in the community.
Context: currently on Resend for sending, evaluating ActiveCampaign for comparisons. Not looking for sales pitches, just what broke and what held up for you.

Mailchimp is fine if you are not pushing automation depth. We outgrew it around 50k contacts.
