Resend + marketing layer vs full ESP: tradeoffs?

Posting from the 5-person team perspective. We have been working through abandoned cart and I wanted to compare notes with others in the community.
Context: currently on Resend for sending, evaluating ActiveCampaign for deliverability. Not looking for sales pitches, just what broke and what held up for you.

Loops keeps SaaS lifecycle simple. Less flexible than Klaviyo, faster to ship for our stage.
