Posting from the 50-person team perspective. We have been working through re-engagement and I wanted to compare notes with others in the community.
Context: currently on ConvertKit for sending, evaluating Mailchimp for analytics. Not looking for sales pitches, just what broke and what held up for you.

Deliverability ops is boring until it is not. Warmup, list hygiene, complaint rates: the basics still win.

We ran into the same thing. For us the fix was authentication, not content. SPF and DKIM took a weekend to sort.

Honest limitation: integration catalogue matters. If your stack is HubSpot-centric, weigh that before switching.
