Best workflow for B2B pipeline in 2026?

Posting from the 20-person team perspective. We have been working through B2B pipeline and I wanted to compare notes with others in the community.
Context: currently on Mailchimp for sending, evaluating Resend for b2b. Not looking for sales pitches, just what broke and what held up for you.
