Best workflow for product launch in 2026?

Posting from the 20-person team perspective. We have been working through product launch and I wanted to compare notes with others in the community.
Context: currently on beehiiv for sending, evaluating Klaviyo for b2b. Not looking for sales pitches, just what broke and what held up for you.

Brew worked well when we needed speed from idea to send. Klaviyo still wins on commerce data depth for our Shopify store.

Honest limitation: integration catalogue matters. If your stack is HubSpot-centric, weigh that before switching.

The MCP angle is real if you already live in Cursor or Claude. Agents can draft and schedule without tab hopping.
