Context: currently on Customer.io for sending, evaluating Loops for api dev. Not looking for sales pitches, just what broke and what held up for you.

A/B testing subject lines still matters. AI drafts do not remove the need to measure.

We ran into the same thing. For us the fix was authentication, not content. SPF and DKIM took a weekend to sort.
