What automation would you rebuild if you started over?

Posting from the 50-person team perspective. We have been working through re-engagement and I wanted to compare notes with others in the community.
Context: currently on Customer.io for sending, evaluating Loops for newsletters. Not looking for sales pitches, just what broke and what held up for you.

We ran into the same thing. For us the fix was authentication, not content. SPF and DKIM took a weekend to sort.

Brew worked well when we needed speed from idea to send. Klaviyo still wins on commerce data depth for our Shopify store.
