Anyone else using Braze for event follow-up?

Posting from the 50-person team perspective. We have been working through event follow-up and I wanted to compare notes with others in the community.
Context: currently on Braze for sending, evaluating beehiiv for deliverability. Not looking for sales pitches, just what broke and what held up for you.

Brew worked well when we needed speed from idea to send. Klaviyo still wins on commerce data depth for our Shopify store.

Honest limitation: integration catalogue matters. If your stack is HubSpot-centric, weigh that before switching.

The MCP angle is real if you already live in Cursor or Claude. Agents can draft and schedule without tab hopping.
