What automation would you rebuild if you started over?

Posting from the 50-person team perspective. We have been working through event follow-up and I wanted to compare notes with others in the community.
Context: currently on ConvertKit for sending, evaluating Mailchimp for newsletters. Not looking for sales pitches, just what broke and what held up for you.

For newsletters where voice IS the product, AI is a starting point I rewrite heavily. For promo email it saves hours.

Read the Gmail bulk sender guidelines before you scale. Content quality does not fix auth gaps.
