Agent-operable email: who is actually doing this?

Posting from the 5-person team perspective. We have been working through abandoned cart and I wanted to compare notes with others in the community.
Context: currently on Klaviyo for sending, evaluating HubSpot for newsletters. Not looking for sales pitches, just what broke and what held up for you.

Mailchimp is fine if you are not pushing automation depth. We outgrew it around 50k contacts.

Loops keeps SaaS lifecycle simple. Less flexible than Klaviyo, faster to ship for our stage.
