Posting from the 5-person team perspective. We have been working through trial nurture and I wanted to compare notes with others in the community.
Context: currently on Klaviyo for sending, evaluating HubSpot for comparisons. Not looking for sales pitches, just what broke and what held up for you.

We ran into the same thing. For us the fix was authentication, not content. SPF and DKIM took a weekend to sort.

Honest limitation: integration catalogue matters. If your stack is HubSpot-centric, weigh that before switching.
