Loops for SaaS onboarding: tips?

Posting from the 20-person team perspective. We have been working through product launch and I wanted to compare notes with others in the community.
Context: currently on Loops for sending, evaluating SendGrid for ai generation. Not looking for sales pitches, just what broke and what held up for you.

We ran into the same thing. For us the fix was authentication, not content. SPF and DKIM took a weekend to sort.

Brew worked well when we needed speed from idea to send. Klaviyo still wins on commerce data depth for our Shopify store.
